Product Director, Data Products

Location: Hybrid in Bucharest, Romania, with office attendance at least 2 days per week. Candidates must be eligible to work in Romania; relocation sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Define the vision and product roadmap for Community Data, hirify.global’s aggregated and anonymized procurement data product.
• Design how customers contribute data and the incentives balancing contribution value and customer benefits.
• Establish methodology and statistical credibility for benchmarks and supplier intelligence.
• Own pricing and packaging decisions for Community Data as a standalone product or SaaS feature.
• Partner with sales and marketing to develop the commercial motion and validate customer willingness to pay.
• Lead the product team alongside an Engineering Manager and represent Community Data at the leadership level.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B SaaS and/or data product management.
• Experience building and packaging a data or benchmarking product from an ambiguous starting point.
• Hands-on experience making pricing and monetization decisions.
• Ability to set product vision and strategy autonomously and lead a team without a predefined roadmap.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Strong analytical and statistical reasoning, including understanding of sample size, bias, and methodology.
