What you will do

• Define and implement the annual European marketing strategy and pan-European campaigns.
• Lead and develop a multi-market, multi-channel team of approximately 11–12 people.
• Enable distribution teams and strengthen engagement with brokers and partners.
• Lead content, creative production, asset management, and localized channel materials.
• Improve digital marketing and CRM platforms, including automation for B2B channels.
• Coordinate with marketing, propositions, underwriting, sales, communications, data, analytics, and technology stakeholders while owning the marketing budget.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in multi-country marketing organizations.
• Strong strategic mindset combined with operational excellence.
• Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, CRM, and B2B marketing.
• Experience enabling commercial teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong collaboration, communication, innovation, data-driven decision-making, and strategic clarity.
