Marketing Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and manage the Spain marketing plan aligned with business priorities and target verticals.
• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including partner-led and sponsored initiatives.
• Build and nurture relationships with Spanish founders, finance, and technology communities.
• Create co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners, media, and industry associations.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Spanish market with strong cultural nuance.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to support sales launches and pipeline engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a field or integrated marketing role.
• Native Spanish and fluent English proficiency required.
• Proven ability to execute marketing plans end-to-end and manage stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Strong commercial orientation with experience in pipeline management and ROI evaluation.
• Must have the right to work in Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or e-commerce infrastructure.
• Existing network within the Spanish startup, finance, or technology ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
