Machine Platform and Integration Manager (Autonomy)

What you will do

• Provide managerial and technical direction to teams developing autonomous solutions for Cat and SEM machine platforms.
• Define machine architecture and long-term systems strategy.
• Lead machine system design, development, verification and validation, and NTI, NPI, CPI, and aftermarket projects.
• Track client commitments, project plans, resources, budgets, capital spending, and technical reviews.
• Guide technology development in automation, autonomy, electrification, hydrogen fuel cells, and alternative energy solutions.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and manage team members.

Requirements

• Degree required.
• Extensive experience in tactical and strategic planning, including resource allocation and departmental planning.
• Extensive experience in technical decision-making, critical thinking, communication, customer focus, people management, and project management.
• Ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds.
