Technical Manager A&D (Edwards)

What you will do

• Act as the technical authority for assigned product development and NPI projects.
• Lead mechanical, electrical, software, test, and development engineering activities across assigned systems.
• Guide system design toward standardized, configurable solutions optimized for performance, uptime, and cost of ownership.
• Review and approve designs, ensuring functional requirements, verification, validation, documentation, and customer adoption readiness.
• Lead engineering work from concept through implementation while resolving technical issues and managing delivery priorities.
• Plan technical resources, equipment, and software or hardware availability, and coordinate with global stakeholders and Product Companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in system development and integration projects.
• Proven experience leading complex projects across multiple engineering domains.
• Experience working with international teams and customers, including international travel for alignment.
• Experience mentoring teams and driving technical excellence in development programs.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required for global collaboration and reporting.
