Mixing Senior Engineer M/F (Battery Manufacturing)

Location: Bourbourg, Hauts-de-France, France; onsite permanent position

What you will do

• Support production teams during start of production and ramp-up activities.
• Collaborate with product engineering to optimize the mixing process for electrode designs.
• Increase process automation to reduce capital and operating costs.
• Test and validate state-of-the-art technologies for the mixing process.
• Conduct root cause investigations into defects arising during mixing operations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience working with mixing processes.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in battery manufacturing.
• Strong statistical and data analysis skills using tools such as Python, Matlab, and Minitab.
