Verification & Validation Electronic Engineer (Avionics)

What you will do

• Define, lead, and execute the Integration, Verification, and Validation strategy for flight control computers and avionics equipment.
• Design, develop, and maintain verification means and test environments, including test benches and simulators.
• Write test procedures, execute board and FPGA tests, and analyze anomalies with development teams.
• Maintain requirement traceability and verify compliance with DO-178C, DO-254, and ARP4754A.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and certification teams and report compliance status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience in avionics systems or equipment integration, verification, and validation.
• Master’s degree in engineering, electronics, embedded systems, aeronautics, or a related field.
• Technical expertise in V&V methodologies for boards, FPGAs, and equipment, as well as high-speed design.
• Experience with communication buses including ARINC 429, AFDX, and MIL-STD-1553.
• Proficiency with Python, LabVIEW, C++, testing and simulation tools, and laboratory instruments.
• Security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities is required. Technical English proficiency and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are also required.
