(M/W) Senior Customer Solutions Engineer (Industrial Robotics)

Location: Paris, France; occasional remote work is authorized. The role requires frequent travel within France and internationally and on-site work at factories, logistics sites, and warehouses.

What you will do

• Implement and customize robotic solutions from proof of concept through full customer deployment.
• Conduct on-site assessments, analyze operational workflows and constraints, and translate findings into technical requirements.
• Configure and adapt software and hardware modules developed by R&D for specific industrial environments.
• Install, commission, and integrate robotic systems into factory, warehouse, and logistics workflows.
• Provide customer training, technical documentation, post-deployment support, and coordination with Product, R&D, and Business Development.
• Support pre-sales activities through technical discussions, feasibility studies, and standard or customized demonstrations.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, robotics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience or strong exposure to industrial environments, including factories, logistics sites, or warehouses.
• Strong multidisciplinary technical background with a hands-on, field-oriented, and solution-driven approach.
• Expert professional English and French.
• Expert ability to integrate and configure complex systems in industrial environments.
• Autonomous understanding of industrial operations, safety, workflows, customer needs, on-site project execution, and technical training delivery.
