What you will do
- Design, validate, and deliver SystemC software models for VIMx components and memory hierarchies.
- Model and simulate complex multi-bank system memory configurations to evaluate latency, throughput, and system behavior.
- Deploy and configure SystemC memory models on the Cadence Palladium emulation platform.
- Validate interfaces and operational stability between the emulation environment and memory models.
- Run AI application benchmarks and compare VIM system memory performance with an ideal SRAM baseline.
- Prepare performance reports covering latency, bandwidth, energy efficiency, and area.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional programming skills in SystemC, TLM, C/C++, and Python.
- Deep knowledge of computer architecture and memory hierarchies, including caches, SRAM, DRAM, HBM, memory controllers, and interconnects.
- Experience developing and validating system-level performance models with SystemC, QEMU, gem5, or similar architectural simulators.
- Strong analytical skills for measuring, interpreting, and presenting architectural performance trade-offs.
- Ability to produce clear technical reports and work autonomously in a high-tech R&D environment.

- Hands-on experience with hardware emulation platforms such as Cadence Palladium, ZeBu, or Veloce.
