Customer Service Engineer I (Energy Services)

Location: Westwood, Massachusetts, United States. Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. Emergency restoration assignments may require work outside normal hours and location.

Starting rate of pay: $47.65/hour. Union-represented position.

What you will do

• Act as the technical liaison for customers, explaining energy use and end-use applications.
• Conduct engineering studies and prepare reports on energy solutions.
• Manage customer inquiries related to billing, rates, and electric service.
• Create and coordinate work orders with Account Executives and internal teams.
• Track and prioritize service requests and support distribution system modifications.
• Promote energy efficiency programs and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience with electro-technologies and end-use applications across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Strong customer focus, problem-solving ability, and initiative.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
