Business Credit and Collections Analyst (Hybrid Schedule)

Location: Windsor, Connecticut, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three office days per week, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Employees must be able to work up to five days in the office when required.

Salary: $92,250–$102,500 annually, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Analyze customer billing, payment plans, write-offs, collections performance, and accounts receivable trends.
• Develop complex SQL queries and analyze Customer Information Systems and SAP data.
• Investigate data and system issues with IT and business stakeholders.
• Design and maintain analytical databases, data management tools, data dictionaries, and documentation.
• Build Power BI dashboards, automate recurring reports, and prepare business cases, presentations, and regulatory analyses.
• Develop forecasts and analytical models supporting collection strategies, resource allocation, notices, field orders, and related costs.

Requirements

• Five or more years of related data analysis experience, including statistical analysis, database design, and communication.
• Strong SQL or similar database query language skills for data querying, extraction, and manipulation.
• Experience with enterprise systems, large-scale databases, and complex datasets from multiple sources; SAP experience is preferred.
• Advanced data analysis, reporting, dashboard, and visualization skills using Power BI or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with AI and emerging analytics tools for reporting, automation, and business insights.
