Manager, Receivables Management Reporting & Analytics

Salary: $105,100 - $184,900 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly Receivables reports, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
• Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for Finance and Receivables leadership.
• Develop and enhance data visualizations using BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
• Standardize KPI definitions and business rules to ensure reporting consistency and auditability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address data quality, integration, and reporting gaps.
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, financial/operational reporting, or Accounts Receivable.
• Hands-on experience with BI/visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills with experience working with complex data from multiple sources.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Understanding of Receivables metrics like DSO, CEI, aging, and delinquency.
• Experience using AI or emerging analytics technologies to improve reporting workflows.
• MBA, CPA, or relevant advanced certification.
