Senior Data Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote US; must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. Work must be performed from a dedicated space that protects PHI and HIPAA information.

Salary: $97,900–$133,500 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Acquire, clean, validate, store, and protect internal and external datasets.
• Develop and execute enterprise data architectures, policies, practices, and lifecycle procedures.
• Build ETL solutions and prepare data for reporting, analysis, and visualizations.
• Develop stored procedures, dynamic SQL, dimensional data models, and scalable data architectures.
• Lead projects through design, coding, review, deployment, and completion within scope and deadlines.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate user needs into technical data requirements and actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of technical experience in data analysis and ETL development using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or related tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio and SSIS, with extensive experience developing stored procedures and dynamic SQL.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure Synapse Analytics or Snowflake, plus Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience with data architecture, project lifecycle delivery, root cause analysis, problem solving, and process documentation.
• Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Healthcare or managed care experience.
• Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory automation, dimensional data models, data warehouses, data lakes, and modern BI architectures.
