Salary: $153,600–$285,200 USD annual, plus a discretionary annual bonus may be available.

What you will do

• Lead short-term financial and supply forecasting for selected brands in the Heme-Onc portfolio.
• Develop long-term patient-based revenue forecasts and improve forecasting models.
• Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity testing, and uncertainty analysis to support commercial planning, portfolio prioritization, and lifecycle management.
• Design and lead qualitative and quantitative primary market research with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Synthesize analytics, market research, competitive dynamics, and market trends into strategic recommendations for CMG stakeholders.
• Integrate analytics products into forecasting workflows, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with internal and external analytics teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent experience with advanced education.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, statistics, life sciences, mathematics, computer or physical sciences, or a related field.
• Experience with short- and long-term revenue forecasting, patient-flow methods, launch forecasting, scenario modeling, statistical methods, and uncertainty analysis.
• Experience leading qualitative and quantitative primary research and synthesizing insights into business recommendations.
• Experience in the Heme-Onc or oncology therapeutic area and in a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, project management, teamwork, adaptability, and data storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or graduate-level degree.
• Experience with competitive intelligence, healthcare datasets, access and reimbursement, or digital measurement.
• Experience using Python, R, or SQL with structured healthcare data such as syndicated sales, patient-level, or claims data.
