Senior Enablement Analyst (Healthcare Data)

Location: Seattle, WA; hybrid model with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States; in-person attendance is required at least once per year. Meetings are optimized for Pacific Time, with ad hoc meetings between 8am and 6pm PT.

Base pay: $130,000–$160,000 per year, plus eligibility for stock options.

What you will do

• Develop customer-facing enablement content, including notebooks, guides, FAQs, slide decks, and walkthroughs.
• Facilitate large exports of omni-modal data to customer environments.
• Help customers understand clinical, administrative, notes, and imaging tables and their relationships.
• Explain de-identification, quasi-identifiers, privacy considerations, profiles, date handling, suppression logic, and ML readiness.
• Support analytics, patient journey analysis, and predictive modeling workflows using machine learning.
• Partner with product, solution engineering, support, and customer teams to identify documentation gaps and improve adoption.

Requirements

• Experience in customer enablement, solutions consulting, analytics, or data science.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, practical language.
• Familiarity with healthcare and EHR data; experience with imaging data is preferred.
• Comfort working with notebooks, data dictionaries, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience supporting technical customers with analytics or machine learning workflows using omni-modal data.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer; visa sponsorship or work permits are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with patient journey analysis, clinical data modeling, or omni-modal data.
• Familiarity with imaging metadata and its connection to clinical records.
• Experience supporting enterprise or strategic customers with technical enablement.
• Experience creating customer-facing materials for highly technical audiences.
