Pricing Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Salary: PLN 171,100–216,550 annual base salary, plus potential variable compensation and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the pricing governance framework, including intake, decision criteria, approval workflows, and the monthly SKU Request Council.
• Build and maintain the commercial catalog as the source of truth for products, pricing structures, SKUs, and commercial policies.
• Support pricing architecture modernization, including usage-based, subscription, tiered, and consumption models.
• Use AI-assisted tools to automate documentation, request triage, catalog analysis, and meeting summaries.
• Translate approved pricing into requirements for CPQ, ERP, and billing systems, partnering with IT on configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Review pricing exceptions, analyze request and catalog health trends, and recommend policy and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in pricing operations, commercial operations, or a related function within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or CPQ, including price books, product catalogs, discount structures, and quoting templates.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI or AI-assisted tools for business operations, documentation, triage, analysis, or reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and Jira or an equivalent project tracking tool.
• Ability to manage cross-functional governance processes, make commercially sound decisions, and convert stakeholder input into system requirements.
• Fluent English is required; the role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with usage-based, subscription, tiered, or consumption pricing in SaaS.
• Background in fintech, treasury, payments, or financial infrastructure SaaS.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations, Lead-to-Cash processes, or analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Additional European languages and a degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
