Cabling Specialist (Weekend Shift)

Location: Onsite, primarily from an HPE office in Wisconsin, United States. Must be a US citizen. Weekend shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pm.

Salary: USD 16.44–34.81 per hour in Wisconsin.

What you will do

• Execute manufacturing tasks including testing, inspection, advanced rack building, and component or system processing.
• Operate multiple machines, tools, and production programs while supporting quality assurance.
• Audit materials and completed builds for quality and compliance with customer-to-order expectations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and resolve issues using independent judgment.
• Coordinate tasks within the team and support training for new employees.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Strong mathematics, reading comprehension, communication, teamwork, multitasking, and tool-navigation skills.
• Physical capability including manual dexterity, plus basic computer and technical skills.
