What you will do

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
• Translate stakeholder requests into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily delivery execution.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, research, and analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• Experience in the Higher Education space including Colleague ERP, SIS, and LMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery practices.
• Proven experience writing requirements and user stories for cross-functional teams.
• Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

Nice to have

• Experience in a consulting or agency environment.
• Familiarity with GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering).
• Experience with process-mapping or documentation tools.
