What you will do
- Direct and QA high-priority design and motion assets across platforms including Meta, Email/SMS, Organic Social, and Amazon.
- Manage, coach, and mentor Design and Edit Leads to improve creative craft, technical execution, and project pacing.
- Co-develop and implement scalable creative systems, tooling, and operational workflows to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Content, and Project Management teams to translate messaging frameworks into creative systems.
- Integrate AI technologies to enhance business processes and optimize the creative production roadmap.
- Own production for top-tier accounts, ensuring all deliverables are on-time, performance-aligned, and brand-consistent.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in visual design and/or video editing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong fluency in Adobe CC, Figma, and platform-specific formats (TikTok, YouTube, Meta, etc.).
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring creative professionals.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance-driven creative.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
