Location: Remote roles are listed for Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Peru. A fully flexible work environment also supports remote, in-office, or hybrid arrangements, with offices in Buenos Aires, Medellín, San Diego, New York, and Atlanta.

What you will do

• Own the executional quality, consistency, and delivery speed of design and motion output across an assigned division.
• Manage, coach, and develop Design and Edit Leads across multiple client accounts.
• Direct high-priority creative assets and ensure alignment with performance goals, brand standards, funnel stages, and platform requirements.
• Build scalable creative systems, tooling, templates, and workflows that improve production efficiency.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Content, Project Management, and creative leadership to resolve blockers and plan modular assets.
• Integrate AI technologies and hirify.global’s Nova ecosystem to improve creative and business processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in visual design and/or video editing, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and platform-specific formats for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring creative professionals.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance creative.
• Ability to give, receive, and implement feedback quickly and clearly.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
