What you will do
- Direct the quality, polish, and platform alignment of design and motion assets across the division.
- Manage, coach, and mentor Design and Edit Leads to improve craft, speed, and decision-making.
- Co-develop and implement scalable creative systems, tooling, and operational rollouts to improve efficiency.
- Partner with Creative Team Leads to ensure visual direction aligns with business goals and strategy.
- QA high-priority assets for platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Email, and SMS.
- Integrate AI technologies to optimize business processes and creative production.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico.
- English: Advanced level proficiency (C1) in speaking and writing is required.
- 8+ years of experience in visual design and/or video editing, preferably within an agency.
- Expert fluency in Adobe CC, Figma, and platform-specific digital formats.
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring creative professionals.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance-driven creative.
