Salary: $148,740–$170,000 per year plus bonus; Restricted Stock Units included.

What you will do

  • Coordinate Electrical, Mechanical, and Thermal engineering teams to integrate specialized systems into deployable modular data centers.
  • Define and validate site-level electrical and mechanical interfaces, including UPS systems, transformers, CDUs, and secondary cooling loops.
  • Coordinate field deployment and commissioning activities, translating design intent into operational modular infrastructure.
  • Support the transition from air-cooled to direct liquid-cooled systems and coordinate coolant distribution integration.
  • Work with compliance experts to support UL, CE, and NEC requirements for modular equipment.
  • Maintain LOD 400 technical documentation and facilitate design feedback with manufacturing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data centers, industrial systems, or complex modular infrastructure.
  • Experience managing technical dependencies across electrical, mechanical, thermal, construction, and manufacturing disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of power systems, UPS and transformer tie-ins, high-density cooling systems, and CDUs.
  • Ability to read one-line diagrams, specify CDUs, troubleshoot power distribution, and coordinate technical consensus across teams.
  • Ability to work on-site in Denver, Colorado, United States.
