Trading Operations Specialist (Web3)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding workflows for exchanges, payment service providers, liquidity providers, and other business opportunities.
• Support traders throughout deal lifecycles, follow up with prospective and existing clients, and collect outstanding documentation.
• Coordinate with Compliance and the Corporate Secretary on ACRA documents, UBO profiles, account reviews, and compliance preparations.
• Track operational milestones and bottlenecks, escalating client pushback and onboarding blockers to the trading team.
• Resolve issues related to KYT protocols, transaction monitoring, and Requests for Information.
• Reconcile revenue, P&L, and inventory balances across fiat and stablecoin positions, while analyzing exchange execution performance.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in operations, client onboarding, or middle-office roles in fintech or financial services.
• Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, OTC trading desks, or the broader Web3 industry.
• Familiarity with KYC, KYB, and KYT regulatory frameworks and screening protocols.
• Proficiency in Excel for daily financial and P&L reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, written and verbal communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to support a trading desk in a fast-paced environment.
