What you will do

• Coordinate with the insurance team to collect policy placement information and relevant documents.
• Manage confidential client information and maintain accurate claim files.
• Investigate claims with internal teams and assess the cause and extent of damages.
• Follow up rigorously to ensure claims are agreed and settled on time.
• Conduct file reviews, audits, and quality checks to maintain compliance with established procedures.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects that improve and streamline the claims process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of insurance principles, medical insurance, claims processes, systems, and policy provisions.
• Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
