What you will do

• Gather policy placement information and documentation from the insurance team.
• Handle and file confidential client information securely.
• Investigate claims with relevant teams and determine the cause and extent of damages.
• Follow up on cases to ensure claims are agreed and settled on time.
• Conduct file reviews, audits, and quality checks to maintain procedural compliance.
• Support ad hoc projects that improve and streamline the claims process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of insurance principles, medical insurance, claims processes, systems, and policy provisions.
• Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
