Internal Audit Officer (Fintech)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; regular travel outside the city and province is required for up to 70% of the time.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end audit process for branches and representative offices.
• Validate consumer data from customer acquisition processes to identify irregularities and anomalies.
• Conduct field checks of consumer acquisition, application, and collection processes against audit procedures.
• Audit third parties involved in business processes and collect supporting evidence for findings.
• Re-check internal reports and follow up on incorrect work processes reported by internal or external parties.
• Document validation results independently and recommend sanctions for identified irregularities.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in any major, with Accounting or Law preferred, and a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Structured thinking and strong analytical ability.
• Willingness to travel outside Jakarta and the province regularly, up to 70% of the time.
• Comfort communicating with new people and strong curiosity about people's thoughts and behaviors.
• SIM C driver's license preferred; auditing experience in banking or multifinance is preferred.
