Insurance Claim Officer - Digital Insurance (Fintech)

What you will do

• Handle insurance recoupment, reconciliation, and collection communication with providers and members.
• Assess and adjudicate manual and digital insurance claims according to benefit policies and procedures.
• Review approved claims, investigate eligibility, and make accurate adjustments when necessary.
• Generate claim documents, prepare submissions to payers, and maintain daily claim records.
• Prepare regular claim reports and meet defined productivity, accuracy, and service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience handling insurance claims at an insurance broker.
• Experience managing e-commerce insurance inquiries.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies and claim procedures.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and effective in communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with shipping, travel, gadget, or retail insurance products.
