Senior Recruiter & HR Business Partner (iGaming sector)

hirify.global is building an in-house technological ecosystem and live platform for the iGaming sector while expanding its product line.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, and operational roles, from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Support onboarding, performance management, employee development, retention, and day-to-day employee relations.
• Advise employees and managers on HR matters and align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Maintain HR data, recruitment metrics, pipeline reporting, and contribute to scalable HR policies and practices.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience as an HRBP in the iGaming industry.
• At least 2–3 years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in iGaming.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Native or near-native fluency in both Russian and English is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment practices, with experience in an HRBP or advisory role.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms and experience in international or remote teams.
