HRBP

Location: Tbilisi or Limassol; hybrid with 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely

What you will do

• Partner with managers and teams on HR matters and business needs.
• Support organizational planning, recruiting, team structuring, and headcount management.
• Coordinate performance reviews, calibrations, employee development, and succession planning.
• Support onboarding and adaptation, including 10-, 45-, and 90-day meetings.
• Assist with conflict resolution, mediation, exit interviews, and turnover-risk analysis.
• Analyze engagement, turnover, and satisfaction metrics and support organizational changes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HR experience, including preferably 1 year as an HRBP or in a related HR role.
• Knowledge of performance reviews, onboarding, exit interviews, personnel administration, compensation, and employee development.
• Experience advising managers and acting as a business partner.
• Facilitation, conflict-resolution, analytical, communication, flexibility, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting a headcount of approximately 100 employees.
• English at B2 level or above is required for interaction with international teams.
