Support Consultant, Tier 3 (Lab, English)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for hirify.global 3D scanners and software through online sessions, telephone, email, and occasional on-site events.
• Manage support cases from information collection and CRM logging through prioritization, troubleshooting, escalation, closure, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other support specialists and internal departments, including support for Clinic TRIOS software and hardware.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback and provide knowledge transfer.
• Create and review knowledge-base articles and support documentation.
• Deliver technical training and coach colleagues and reseller support teams.

Requirements

• Experience in an advanced technical support role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• General networking knowledge, including client-server installation concepts.
• Database administration knowledge, including MSSQL or another database system.
• Customer-oriented approach, strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and independent working style.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills, with a willingness to share knowledge.
