Order Fulfillment & Licensing Specialist - occasional late shifts

Location: Onsite at Vaci ut 99-105, Budapest, Hungary; occasional late shifts are required on approximately one quarter of working days.

What you will do

• Process EMEA customer orders in the ERP system and prepare related documentation.
• Coordinate order delivery and interface with sales and inside sales teams across local entities.
• Validate pricing, discounts, delivery terms, and software license compatibility.
• Coordinate day-to-day fulfillment activities with manufacturing.
• Document operational and storage processes.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and accuracy while following AI governance and data privacy standards.

Requirements

• Commercial education and experience in administrative or sales administration work.
• Understanding of software licensing models and contract management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft AX or a similar ERP system.
• Good MS Office knowledge and structured working style.
• Good English communication skills, minimum FCE requirement.
• Availability for occasional late shifts, including shifts ending at midnight or later.
