Sourcing Specialist (Compute)

Location: Denver, CO, US; on-site. Candidates must be authorized to work in Ireland or be eligible for hirify.global-sponsored relocation and work authorization.

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 annually plus bonus and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Execute BOM planning, hardware requisitions, and procurement for GPU and CPU server deployments.
• Coordinate OEM, ODM, distributor, and component suppliers on quotes, lead times, shipments, and performance.
• Lead RFQ cycles, analyze quotes, compare suppliers, and prepare recommendations.
• Manage the full purchase order lifecycle in Coupa, including change orders, invoice reconciliation, and payment follow-up.
• Maintain supplier onboarding, NDA, compliance, hardware tracking, and asset records in NetBox/DCIM systems.
• Coordinate with Deployment, Cloud Operations, Finance, Legal, and Logistics teams to support scheduled and urgent data center deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or hardware deployment operations, preferably in data center, cloud, or hardware supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of GPU servers, CPU servers, components, BOMs, technical specifications, and vendor quotes.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa or a comparable procurement platform, including purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and invoice reconciliation.
• Experience with NetBox, ServiceNow, or similar DCIM and asset management tools.
• Experience coordinating OEM, ODM, distributor, or VAR relationships and working across time zones.
• Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in Ireland or eligible for sponsored relocation and work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with HPE, Dell, Supermicro, or major ODMs such as Quanta, Wiwynn, Foxconn, Inventec, or Hon Hai.
• Experience with NVIDIA H100, H200, B200, GB200, or equivalent GPU server programs.
• Automation or scripting experience with Python, SQL, Power Automate, or comparable tools.
• Experience using AI tools for procurement workflows, vendor communication, or analysis.
• Experience in hyperscaler, cloud, large-scale data center procurement, or international hardware trade compliance.
