Assistant Project Manager

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $83,000–$98,000 per year plus bonus and restricted stock units

What you will do

• Organize, maintain, and update project documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
• Prepare project reports and status updates and communicate progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track project budgets and expenses and identify potential cost overruns.
• Monitor progress, action items, emerging issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical project managers to remove roadblocks and improve project management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in project coordination, project controls, or project management.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, schedules, and resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for eight or more hours daily and perform continuous physical activities involving the arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back.
• Positive attitude, mature judgment, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management software.
• Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, or Procore experience.
• PMP certification.
