What you will do

• Define and implement the operational resilience strategy, focusing on global business continuity management, crisis management, and resolution.
• Engage stakeholders across technology, business units, and countries to understand operational resilience requirements.
• Orchestrate and manage complex change across countries, business lines, and functions.
• Provide communication and guidance to support countries through operational resilience changes.
• Bring transparency, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate decision-making, and address impediments.
• Build engagement and act as an ambassador for operational resilience across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience managing content-related change in an international environment.
• Experience collaborating across borders, cultures, countries, tribes, and functional lines.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage complexity with resilience.
• Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset with organizational sensitivity.
• Customer focus and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent level of English required.
