Employee Relations Manager

Location: Denver, Colorado, US; fully onsite five days per week. Must be based in Denver, CO, with periodic travel of approximately 10–15%.

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 annually plus bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.

What you will do

• Support and conduct internal investigations involving workplace complaints and employee concerns.
• Serve as a discreet point of contact for sensitive and emotionally charged employee or manager situations.
• Advise managers on performance concerns, policy questions, conflict resolution, and documentation.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and People Operations to apply workplace policies fairly and consistently.
• Support manager training on conflict resolution, documentation practices, and early employee-relations risk identification.
• Track cases, maintain accurate documentation, and flag emerging morale or workplace culture concerns.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR generalist or employee relations experience, including investigations, performance management, and employee-facing advisory work.
• Must be based in Denver, Colorado, US and work onsite five days per week.
• Working knowledge of federal employment law; familiarity with Colorado labor regulations is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, discretion, empathy, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment.
• Ability to manage ambiguous or sensitive situations, maintain accurate case documentation, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel periodically, approximately 10–15% as needed.
