Director of Employee Success

Location: San Francisco, CA, US; fully onsite five days a week

Salary: $195,000–$270,000 annually plus bonus; restricted stock units included

What you will do

• Partner with People Team leaders and business leadership to create and implement HR strategies and programs.
• Lead performance management, management excellence, compensation review, career pathing, and leveling initiatives.
• Advise employees and managers on professional development, employee relations, performance concerns, and sensitive workplace matters.
• Analyze organizational health through pulse surveys and other data sources, recommending improvements to engagement, retention, and job satisfaction.
• Conduct organizational assessments, talent gap analyses, and workforce structure recommendations for the Digital Infrastructure Group.
• Manage HR policies, processes, programs, and employee offboarding activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an Employee Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role.
• Experience supporting software, data center, and Digital Infrastructure Group populations.
• Experience working with employees globally and advising leaders across organizational functions.
• Expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent planning, talent development, consultation, investigations, policy development, and manager coaching.
• Ability to use varied data sources to produce actionable insights and measurable organizational impact.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time and work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
