Materials Team Lead

Location: Wuxi, Jiangsu, China

What you will do

• Allocate daily tasks and coordinate the effective operation of the materials and warehouse team.
• Communicate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and support production processes.
• Coach, monitor, and evaluate the work of approximately 10 team members, reporting progress to the supervisor.
• Deliver process, work-instruction, and safety training while tracking workplace risks and EHS compliance.
• Organize physical inventory counts, analyze variances, and provide operational data and follow-up support to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Technical school or high school education or above.
• Forklift driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• At least 5 years of warehouse work experience, including at least 1 year of warehouse team-lead or personnel-management experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse and basic production processes, with familiarity with SAP WM and MM modules.
• Strong communication, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good knowledge of EHS processes and a strong safety mindset.
