Production/Material Planner (Ops, Suzhou)

What you will do

• Analyze weekly MRP results and release POs in a timely manner.
• Manage POs including expediting, de-expediting, and cancellations based on MPR.
• Address critical shortages via escalation to commodity management for recovery plans.
• Monitor supplier on-time delivery and resolve PO issues like PPV, shipping, receiving, and accounts payable.
• Handle ECNs by communicating changes to suppliers, evaluating impacts, and monitoring implementation.
• Support HVM planning teams across Asia with additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Arts (BA) or Science (BS) preferred.
• Related material planner experience with strong understanding of MRP logic, PO release, PO management, and supplier management.
• Experience dealing with ECNs for complex products is a plus.
• Flexibility to work effectively in a team environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
