Location: Hybrid across the Sydney and Melbourne offices, Australia

What you will do

• Lead customer onboardings from kickoff through first value, coordinating delivery plans and customer dependencies.
• Deploy and configure connectors linking customer data sources to the hirify.global platform.
• Manage integrations, authentication, metadata configuration, and technical deployment documentation.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate architectural exceptions to Solutions & Architecture specialists.
• Prepare accurate evidence confirming customer readiness for go-live and first-value milestones.
• Support post-launch configuration, data migrations, non-standard connectors, and technical customer guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, or information management delivery.
• Hands-on experience deploying connectors, configuring metadata, or using integration tooling.
• Knowledge of cloud solution design and deployment across PaaS and SaaS, including databases, networking, and authentication.
• Experience migrating customers from on-premise systems to modern cloud platforms.
• Structured, quality-focused delivery approach with accurate and complete artifacts.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture experience in technology or software sales.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, or comparable enterprise content platforms.
• Knowledge of records management, data governance, information classification, or security controls in cloud environments.
• Experience with regulated-market customers, including financial services, government, or critical infrastructure.
• Exposure to OpenShift, AKS, Podman, Docker, Power BI, C#, Python, PowerShell, or Web/Swagger APIs.
