What you will do

• Provide architectural leadership and governance across complex network and managed services environments.
• Engage enterprise customers and advise on business-aligned technology strategies.
• Design end-to-end networking, voice, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services solutions, including costing and risk assessment.
• Partner with Sales on pre-sales proposals, executive presentations, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Mentor architects and delivery teams while supporting Level 3 escalations and continuous improvement.
• Build internal partnerships and contribute to revenue, profitability, and account performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of ICT experience, including at least 3 years in pre-sales or embedded architecture roles.
• Extensive solution design experience involving technical designs, bills of materials, proposals, and change requests.
• Deep knowledge of data networking, security, cloud, and operational toolsets.
• Experience with enterprise stakeholders, project coordination, vendors, third parties, and outsourcing environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering and relevant certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, or Microsoft.
