Senior Operational Architect (Networking, Cloud & Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide architectural leadership and governance across complex network and managed services environments.
• Design and support end-to-end solutions spanning networking, voice, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Prepare technical designs, bills of materials, customer proposals, costing, risk assessments, and change requests.
• Advise enterprise customers and internal stakeholders, including technical and executive audiences.
• Partner with Sales on pre-sales, strategic advisory, executive presentations, and growth opportunities.
• Mentor architects and delivery teams, support Level 3 escalations, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of ICT experience, including at least 3 years in pre-sales or embedded architecture roles.
• Extensive experience designing solutions and maintaining architectural integrity in complex managed services environments.
• Deep knowledge of data networking, security, cloud, and operational toolsets.
• Experience with project coordination, vendor and third-party engagement, outsourcing environments, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and continuous improvement skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering and relevant industry certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, or Microsoft.
