Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (React/TypeScript/Golang)

Location: Singapore; 5-day in-office arrangement

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate full-stack features for Help Centre, support workflows, backend APIs, and internal platforms.
• Develop React and TypeScript frontend applications and Golang backend services and microservices.
• Lead technical design, align stakeholders, and deliver projects independently from requirements through production rollout.
• Build scalable, reliable, and observable systems integrated with downstream services.
• Own production readiness through monitoring, alerting, dashboards, runbooks, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Review code and designs, mentor engineers, and improve testing and engineering quality practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack development experience.
• Production experience with React and TypeScript, plus Golang for backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Understanding of distributed systems, service design, API design, data modelling, and reliability trade-offs.
• Experience leading technical design and delivering projects independently.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development, coding agents, and LLM APIs.
• Strong testing, debugging, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Temporal or other workflow orchestration systems.
• Experience building AI-powered user experiences, support automation, agent-assist tools, chatbot flows, or intelligent self-service products.
• Experience with ticketing systems, Help Centre, CRM, or customer support platforms.
