Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (AI)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; 5-day in-office arrangement required

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Golang, internal platform tooling, APIs, and microservices.
• Lead technical design and implementation for Help Centre experiences, support workflows, backend services, and internal platforms.
• Build scalable, reliable, observable services integrated with downstream systems and business-critical operations.
• Develop accessible and maintainable frontend experiences for users, agents, and internal support teams.
• Own production readiness through monitoring, alerting, dashboards, runbooks, releases, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Review code and technical designs, mentor engineers, and improve testing and engineering quality practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack development experience.
• Production experience with React and TypeScript for frontend applications and Golang for backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Understanding of distributed systems, service design, API design, data modelling, and reliability trade-offs.
• Experience independently leading technical design and delivering projects from requirements through production rollout.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development, coding agents, and LLM APIs.
• Strong debugging, testing, communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and code review skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Temporal or other workflow orchestration systems.
• Experience building AI-powered user experiences, support automation, agent-assist tools, chatbot flows, or intelligent self-service products.
• Experience with ticketing systems, Help Centre, CRM, or customer support platforms.
