What you will do
- Design and develop enterprise AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Redpanda ADP and related AI platforms.
- Build modern full-stack web applications, dashboards, reusable components, and deployment frameworks.
- Develop MCPs, API wrappers, middleware, and integrations with ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, HR, and supply-chain systems.
- Configure prompts and orchestration patterns, and translate business processes into AI-enabled workflows.
- Implement secure authentication, token brokering, and secrets management.
- Deploy containerized workloads in AWS and BYOC environments while supporting scalability, reliability, and production readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience developing AI agents, agentic workflows, or generative AI applications.
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, and Workday.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API management, and middleware technologies.
- Experience developing and deploying containerized applications.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
