What you will do
- Provide proactive second-level operational support for the Neo application, including incident investigation and resolution.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to service reliability and continuous improvement.
- Support testing cycles, releases, and defect resolution across environments.
- Assist with running, monitoring, and improving AI-enabled solutions and automations.
- Work within IT service management and governance frameworks.
- Maintain documentation, share knowledge, guide users, and suggest improvements to processes, tooling, and user experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, with strong business support capabilities and multinational experience.
- Experience working with the Neo application.
- Clear and confident written and verbal English communication is required.
- Proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams and geographies.
- High school diploma or GED; education in administration, international trade, or international relations is preferred.
Nice to have
- Customer service experience.
- Familiarity with corporate or international insurance.
- Additional language skills.
