Multinational Neo Specialist (Commercial Insurance)

Location: Hybrid role based at Via Augusta, Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

• Provide proactive second-level operational support for the Neo application, including incident investigation and resolution.
• Monitor application performance and contribute to service reliability and continuous improvement.
• Support testing cycles, releases, defect resolution, and strategic Neo deliverables across environments.
• Identify AI use cases, gather requirements, and assess potential AI solutions for multinational operations.
• Run, monitor, and improve AI-enabled solutions and automations while promoting operational excellence.
• Maintain documentation, support user guidance, and work within IT service management and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, including business support and multinational experience.
• Experience working with the Neo application.
• Knowledge of automation, Microsoft tools, or RPA.
• Clear and confident written and verbal English communication is required.
• High school diploma or GED; an educational background in administration, international trade, or international relations is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, collaboration, and cross-cultural working skills.

Nice to have

• Customer service experience.
• Familiarity with corporate or international insurance.
• Additional language skills.
