SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll & Time Consultant with German (SAP)

Location: Remote with approximately quarterly presence at the HQ in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects using the SAP Activate methodology.
• Analyze and optimize HR, payroll, time management, attendance, absence, and work-schedule processes.
• Configure Employee Central Payroll, including payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll structures.
• Design integrations between Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time Management, external time systems, SAP FI/CO, and other enterprise applications.
• Prepare and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; support cutover, parallel payroll runs, go-live, deployment, and hypercare.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analyses, stakeholder consultations, training sessions, knowledge transfer, customer presentations, and pre-sales demonstrations.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Time Management and/or Time Tracking.
• Strong experience in payroll or time management implementation projects, process analysis, customization, and solution design.
• Good understanding of German payroll and labor law requirements.
• Experience with SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors transformation projects.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.
• Strong consulting, communication, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, ownership, and solution-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrations between time management and payroll.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, Time Tracking, and Workforce Management processes.
• Experience with workshops, testing activities, complex HR ecosystems, multiple legal entities, and enterprise integrations.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central, Time Management, or Time Tracking.
