Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (ERP)

Location: Full remote from Poland

What you will do

• Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions for complex business environments.
• Define solution architecture, implementation strategies, and system integrations.
• Lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical and functional solutions.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Developers, and Project Managers throughout implementation and rollout.
• Establish architectural guidance, best practices, and governance across Dynamics 365 initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing end-to-end ERP solutions in complex business environments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and ERP implementations.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and enterprise solution design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English required.
• Availability to work remotely from Poland.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or industrial environments.
