Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant - Finance & Operations (F&O)

Location: Full remote from Poland; the role is connected with Warszawa and involves an international project.

What you will do

• Gather and analyze requirements from finance and operations stakeholders.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Lead workshops with business users and prepare functional specifications and project documentation.
• Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
• Deliver user training and collaborate with solution architects, developers, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of finance and operational business processes.
• Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation or rollout projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial environments.
