• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically Core HR and Learning.
• Analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into system designs.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes and learning catalogues, workflows, and notifications.
• Design and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Perform data migration, cleansing, and validation using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Support SIT/UAT cycles and ensure system behavior aligns with business expectations.

Требования

• Must be based in or able to work from Wroclaw, Poland.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and/or Learning).
• Proficiency in system configuration, OTBI/BI Publisher reporting, and HCM Data Loader.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and learning management.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
• Strong communication skills in English.

• Basic understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Fast Formula and HCM Extract.
