TL;DR
Oracle HCM Specialist (ERP): Configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules with an accent on Core HR and Learning management processes. Focus on designing system solutions, managing data migrations via HDL, and ensuring seamless integration between HR systems and business requirements.
Location: Remote, but candidates must be physically located and legally authorized to work in Poland

What you will do
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and/or Learning modules.
- Manage employee and non-worker lifecycle processes, including learning catalogues, enrolment rules, workflows, approvals, notifications, and roles.
- Gather HR business requirements and translate them into system configuration and solution designs.
- Design and support OTBI and BI Publisher reports and maintain process, reporting, and data governance documentation.
- Prepare, cleanse, transform, validate, and reconcile data using HCM Data Loader.
- Support integrations, SIT/UAT, defect resolution, cutover, and go-live preparation.
Requirements
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR and/or Learning.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, and learning management processes.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configuration, OTBI and/or BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader, testing, and UAT support.
- Ability to analyse business requirements and work with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Legal authorization to work in Poland is required.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration data flows.
- Experience with Oracle Learning, Fast Formula, or HCM Extract.
- Experience in global or multi-country HCM environments.
