Funds Paralegal (Private Capital)

What you will do

• Prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents, including transfer agreements, consents, and subscription agreements.
• Coordinate with transfer parties on processes and timelines.
• Support document execution workflows and high-volume legal matters.
• Collaborate with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality client work.
• Develop commercial and legal expertise and gradually take ownership of client accounts.

Requirements

• Motivation to learn and develop expertise in legal practice, compliance, contracts, or funds.
• Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively identify issues.
• Effective collaboration with lawyers, senior paralegals, and client-facing teams.
• An undergraduate Law degree or equivalent is preferred; a GDL is welcome.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to LP transfer processes.
• Interest in progressing toward qualification as a practicing legal professional.
