What you will do

• Define and lead the global SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Conduct deep technical audits covering Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and indexing, and collaborate with developers on improvements.
• Build topical authority maps and search-intent content clusters based on EEAT principles.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows for content briefing, data analysis, and internal linking while maintaining Helpful Content compliance.
• Manage the SEO budget and report on organic ROI, Share of Voice, and conversion attribution.
• Lead and mentor content writers or external agencies producing SEO-optimized content.

Requirements

• 6+ years of SEO experience with a proven record of scaling high-authority SaaS, e-commerce, or media domains.
• Expertise with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Search Console Insights.
• Product mindset with a strong understanding of the relationship between UX and SEO.
• Commercial understanding of organic revenue, LTV, rankings, and conversion performance.
• Ability to provide C-level reporting and lead content specialists or agencies.
