Digital Growth & Automation Manager (AI)

Location: Australia and New Zealand; remote. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM and 7:00 PM–9:00 PM.

hirify.global is hiring for a fitness client using EMS technology, AI, and automation to operate and grow a franchise network across Australia and New Zealand.

What you will do

• Own digital acquisition through Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, sales funnels, A/B testing, and local franchise marketing.
• Build and optimise GoHighLevel CRM workflows covering lead nurturing, booking, onboarding, reminders, re-engagement, retention, and customer communications.
• Design and implement AI and business automations, including AI assistants, chat or voice AI, reporting workflows, content pipelines, SOP generation, and API integrations.
• Lead SEO and website optimisation across WordPress and Elementor, including technical SEO, local SEO, page speed, user experience, and conversion improvements.
• Build scalable AI-assisted content systems for social posts, blogs, email campaigns, videos, advertising creatives, and other marketing assets.
• Develop automated dashboards and attribution reporting connecting advertising spend, leads, First Time Visits, new members, and revenue at network and studio level.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of digital or growth marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, improving ROAS and conversion rates.
• Strong SEO, WordPress, Elementor, landing page, sales funnel, and conversion optimisation experience.
• Strong experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign, CRM, attribution, and ROI reporting.
• Excellent written English, remote work capability, strong organisation, proactivity, and commercial business acumen.

• AI-first mindset and experience implementing AI workflows.
• Experience with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, APIs, GA4, or Looker Studio.
• Experience with franchise or multi-location businesses.
• Fitness, wellness, or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with Mindbody.
